xscrollemu
xscrollemu is a program that emulates the behavior of a scroll wheel when a certain mouse button or keyboard key is pressed. This lets users of 3-button mice scroll easily.

Changes: This release adds the ability to use keyboard keys to trigger scrolling. A toggle mode has been added where the key/button toggles scroll mode (press once to enable scrolling, and press again to disable).
