Changes: Compliance with the Z-machine 1.0 spec.

Changes: Fixes for the scripton_flag bug (control.c wouldn't compile with a pre-ANSI C compiler) and a bug which could cause a crash on exit, the keypad page-up and page-down keys now work, and the set_font opcode now follows the current Z-Spec, and returns 0 if the font is not available.
