YAZ Proxy
The YAZ Proxy is highly configurable and can be used in a number of different applications, ranging from debugging SRW/SRU/Z39.50-based applications and protecting overworked servers to improving the performance of stateless WWW/Z39.50 gateways.

Changes: Conversion of OPAC records to XML. Conversion of MARC records using USEMARCON. Z39.50 Character set negotiation support. More limits for connections can be specified (QoS).

Changes: The proxy supports SRW/SRU/Z39.50 incoming connections and any Z39.50 backend server, CQL conversions, XML, and XSLT. It was previously part of yaz++.
