About:
pnm2ppa is a reverse-engineered driver for HP's discontinued line of "Windows-only" PPA ("Printer Performance Architecture") DeskJet printers. These include the HP710C/712C, 720C/722C, 820Cse/820Cxi, and 1000Cse/1000Cxi models, which do not use the usual PCL protocol as other DeskJet models do. pnm2ppa accepts PNM (pbm, pgm, and ppm format) input, such as that created by Ghostscript, SANE, or XV, and sends the PPA protocol output to the printer.

Release focus: Minor bugfixes

Changes:
This release fixes a bug introduced in the very recent 1.11 that can cause certain pages to hang the printer at the end of the page. Use this instead of 1.11 or 1.10. It is significantly improved over the widely distributed stable 1.04 that comes with many Linux distributions, but it is not yet as well tested.
