About:
The GNU Scientific Library (GSL) is a collection of routines for numerical computing. The routines are written from scratch by the GSL team in ANSI C, and present a modern API for C programmers, while allowing wrappers to be written for very high-level languages.

Release focus: N/A

Changes:
This version changes the interface for gsl_sf_coupling_6j, and adds new functions for computing modified exponential integrals, Nelder-Mead Simplex minimisation, and Dirichlet and Multinomial distributions. Many other minor fixes are also included.
