phpSupport allows users to submit trouble tickets through a Web form or an email gateway. It gives the option of emailing the creator of a trouble ticket when updating or closing it. All tickets and information are stored in a MySQL database.

Release focus: Major feature enhancements

Changes:
This release supports a backend manager for changing system configurations. It also gives the user the option to change their email notifications via a backend manager. Anyone who has submitted a trouble ticket can view their ticket's status.

phpSupport offers a great combination of a low learning curve, all the essential features of a ticket system, plus a useful and simple interface for customers.

Installation and integration with our existing customer interface was a breeze.
