About:
phpSupport allows users to submit trouble tickets through a Web form
or an email gateway. It gives the option of emailing the creator of a
trouble ticket when updating or closing it. All tickets and
information are stored in a MySQL database.
Release focus: Major feature enhancements
Changes:
This release supports a backend manager for changing system configurations. It also gives the user the option to change their email notifications via a backend manager. Anyone who has submitted a trouble ticket can view their ticket's status.
