pwbuilder is a powerful tool for creating software packages for Slackware Linux. pwbuilder aims to be the easiest tool in its category. However, pwbuilder provides an advanced API that allows you to make packages exactly in the way you want.
Release focus: Major feature enhancements
Changes:
Some parts of the code were rewritten to be less buggy and more stable, reliable, and portable. The functions _have_recode, _have_alsa, _have_libmng, and _have_ldap were added. The functions _patch, _doc, and _source were fixed and improved. Support for passive FTP connections was added.
