About:
colobus is an NNTP server written in Perl for ezmlm mailing list archives. It is used by news.php.net and nntp.perl.org to provide access to the PHP and Perl mailing lists via news clients.

Release focus: Major feature enhancements

Changes:
The backend was switched to DBI, but only has been tested with MySQL. The code for updating the overview database from the server was split. The location of the configuration file may now be specified. Bitkeeper is now used for revision control.

the docs (a README and an INSTALL) are included in the
download.

there is no FAQ.
