Screenshot About:
Bash Blogger is a shell script that generates a CSS-styled static Web site.

Release focus: Minor feature enhancements

Changes:
The editor is now configurable through the new central config file (bblog.conf). Transparent permalink and archive support were added; just add, edit, and remove your articles as normal and everything else updates automagically. A links manager for the sidebar and an in-menu theme switcher were added.

[»] Sorry for the lack of updates
by Philip McClure - Jul 27th 2007 11:23:34

For those of you that don't know, my wife and I had our first child last year. A couple of months after our daughter was born, I had a contributor that wrote bash scripts for his job.

I had my hands full with work and a new baby, so I let this guy basically take the reins and work on the project.

Since then, I've been very busy with work and trying to adjust to the learning curve of a new baby and my contributor has been very busy with University. He's decided to use his codebase to start his own project and I've decided to stick with my codebase and continue working on the project.

Again, sorry for the long delay. We'll at least try to update every six months from here on out. ;)

Yes! I like the idea using console/terminal for blogging. Darn, cool idea.
