Admin interface improvements. A new Windows installer. Improved support for Oracle. Some minor RXML additions and bugfixes. Several DB-browser related fixes and improvements. A fix for header over-caching in the protocol cache. Fixes for some race conditions. Several optimizations. A lot of minor bugs have been fixed.
