Release focus: Minor bugfixes
Changes:
Protocol caching was improved. Several issues with the SSL protocol were fixed. Reporting of error conditions for RXML tags was improved. Various minor bugs in RXML tags were fixed: <cache>, <gtext>, <insert>, <email>, <emit>, <vinput>, and <sscanf>. Some memory leaks were fixed. Configuration files are now more XML-compliant. Timezone data was updated. Support for Unicode in MySQL was improved. A race-condition in gethostby{name,addr}() was fixed. Support for PostgreSQL was improved.
