Changes:
mount recognizes "uid=useruid" and "gid=usergid" in /etc/fstab,
documented the fact that "mount -t smb" will call
/sbin/mount.smb, mount gives clear error message when fstab does
not end in newline and cfdisk got a more specific exit status.
